No refunds after you approve of the line art.
It'd be cruel to ask for a refund after I've already worked so hard and we were on the last phase before the art was finished.

I would prefer no deadlines, I'd like to work at my own pace unencumbered.
Of course things like gifts, holiday specific orders, and the like would be a different story, I would like to have those things ordered at the very least a month in advance so I don't feel the dread of the deadline and rush my work.

Commissions are finished in under a week at best, several months at worst.
You can, however; ask for WIPs periodically to check on my progress, just don't do it excessively, I'm not always working on a single project at a time.─ ⋅ ⋅ ── ✩ ── ⋅ ⋅ ─EDITS / REVISIONS?
I allow 3-4 revisions during the sketch stage and base color process.
Any major revisions and after that will have an extra fee scaling from 15$ (min) to 35$. No changes once the illustration is finished.─ ⋅ ⋅ ── ✩ ── ⋅ ⋅ ─PERMISSIONS / COPYRIGHT USAGE?
I don't work with individuals who support NFTs,==
==nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.

You can use the commissioned artwork for social media profile pictures.
You can post your commissioned illustration from me, as long as I'm credited.
Turning the commissioned artwork into personal merch for yourself (not for commercial use) is okay.
You are not allowed to
claim,
edit,
trace,
copy,
modify,
any of my artworks in any circumstances without my consent.
I have the right to post your finished commission image with my watermark on any of my social media sites.
If you would not like your commission to be posted up please tell me beforehand..・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service! Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.

"You say 'mutuals' a lot. What/Who is a mutual?"
Mutuals are other people/artists I am friends with!
If you have to question if we're mutuals or I don't know you or its our first time interacting, odds are we aren't mutuals.I make it pretty clear if I think we're friends, I even up and tell you that you are, I don't have a definitive list because I don't want to name drop anyone, but if you are a mutual, you'll know.

"What programs do you use?"
Paint Tool SAI 2 and SAI Animation Assistant 2 for animations!

Requests only when I ask for them.
Art Trades only with mutuals or equal skill.
Discounts only for mutuals or regular clients.
Free art only for mutuals.
Asking/Guilt Tripping/Tricking me for free art or asking for request art as a complete stranger is one of the fastest ways to make me immediately dislike you and hesitate to speak to you ever. That's like an immediate block on all socials and I'll make sure we never speak to each other again.

Yes - with proper credit!
Having my art tag in something like your bio would be the way to do that!

I own all rights to my art to display them as commission samples, portfolios, etc.
I will not use your commissioned piece to sell as prints or anything that will give me any sort of profit whatsoever.
In return, you also cannot sell or redistribute the art that you have commissioned me to draw, even if it's of your OC.
We must have mutual respect for each other and our work.
It is not my OC to sell and it is not your artwork to sell.
